The commercial land consists of 63.5 acres at the southwest corner of Kennedy Freeway (US Hwy 75) and Chandler Road in Bellevue (Metro Omaha), Nebraska. The 600,000 square foot power center will have four major anchors. An 500,000 square feet Fleming Supermarket will be joined by other anchors. The Papillion Gardens regional mall is to be located south of HWY 370 between 72nd Street and 84th Street in Papillion (Metro Omaha) Nebraska. The mall will be 1,200,000 square feet. Zoning, Corps of Engineers permits and traffic intersection permits are in progress. Grading is to commence in the summer of 2001.
