Chouteau Shopping
Center
The commercial
land consists of 21.59 acres at Interstate 35 & Chouteau
Trafficway in Kansas City Mo. The 240,000 square ft. shopping
center will have two anchors, the first of which is Festival
Foods. The center is under construction and scheduled to

Kennedy Center
The commercial
land consists of 63.5 acres at the southwest corner of Kennedy
Freeway (US Hwy 75) and Chandler Road in Bellevue (Metro Omaha),
Nebraska. The 600,000 square foot power center will have four
major anchors. An 500,000 square feet Fleming Supermarket
will be joined by other anchors. Rough grading is complete
and construction of buildings will begin in March 2001. More

Papillion Gardens
Mall
The Papillion
Gardens regional mall is to be located south of HWY 370 between
72nd Street and 84th Street in Papillion (Metro Omaha) Nebraska.
The mall will be 1,200,000 square feet. Zoning, Corps
of Engineers permits and traffic intersection permits are in
progress. Grading is to commence in the summer of 2001.
The developer has interest from five department stores
and a terms letter from one department store. Opening
is scheduled for Fall of 2004. More

Stateline
Station consists of 135 acres and is south of Highway 150 and
east of at Stateline Road in Kansas City, MO. The center
has a retail component of approximately 60 acres which is in
Leawood, Kansas and Kansas City, MO; there is also a flexspace
south of the retail, components of approximately 70 acres all
of which is located in Kansas City, Missouri. More
